Light, crunchy, buttery and hand-baked, the straws are a fantastic alternative to traditional sweet biscuits. They work equally well as an accompaniment or decoration to ice cream, yogurts or sundaes.

The name West Coast references the bakery home, which is Stag Bakeries on the West Coast of Scotland in the Scottish Outer Hebrides.
